Only on its maiden year of service, ESSPI operates as a legal entity in the Philippines with a CMMI Level 3 for development and service, equipped with an ITIL foundation certified team which currently acts as support to the Essilor group on a 24/7 capability, servicing 4 major entities for 39 countries in various areas of expertise – ranging from IT Applications Development and Support, Data Management, Quality Assurance & Project Management, Helpdesk, E-Commerce, Finance and Infrastructure Shared Services. Though work can be challenging, ESSPI encourages a Work-Life Balance principle in the workplace which helps keep motivation and perspectives, healthy.
